Stage 1: Ready
Ready is the first step in getting your ministry approved. It confirms your ministry can go ahead, appoints your director(s), and captures the key details so it can be endorsed as an SU NSW ministry and published to our website. To be submitted 12–6 months before your event — the earlier the better, as it opens up everything that follows.
This stage must be approved before any official promotion. A budget must be submitted at this stage (optional) to be able to advertise fees.

It will only take 15-20mins and you can save and return to your form at any time.
