L.E.A.D. Leadership Encouragement and Development: A Training Program for Young Christian Leaders.

L.E.A.D. is a seven-session training program specifically designed to encourage and equip young Christian leaders for group contexts by exploring key foundational, practical, pastoral and sustainable aspects of Christian leadership.

Scripture Union aims to develop leadership skills in young people that will shape and inspire them for a lifetime of Christian service. So whether training for ISCF lunchtime groups, youth and church groups, camps, kids clubs, or a variety of other Christian programs, this resource is for you! Each session contains teaching, questions to be discussed as a group, and an apply section which can be completed between sessions.

Young Christian leaders will learn how to:

• Build a strong foundation in Christ
• Grow in Godly character
• Plan and run a group program
• Deliver a Bible study or talk
