Student lunchgroup leaders
A number of our lunchtime groups in schools are student-led groups where several students take on the running of a group themselves. They do a wonderful job of arranging a classroom for the group to meet in and facilitating activities and discussions. We would love to encourage and support students doing this and have plenty of teaching resources that are simple to use and don’t require any preparation by the student leaders.

L.E.A.D
L.E.A.D. (Leadership Encouragement and Development) is a seven-session training program for young Christian leaders. This resource is specifically designed to encourage and equip young Christian leaders for group contexts by exploring key foundational, practical, pastoral and sustainable aspects of Christian leadership.
Scripture Union aims to develop leadership skills in young people that will shape and inspire them for a lifetime of Christian service. So whether training for ISCF lunchtime groups, youth and church groups, camps, kids clubs, or a variety of other Christian programs, this resource is for you! This resource is available as a leaders ‘hardcover’ and student softcover.

Leadership Conference
Leadership Conference is an epic, five-day conference programmed to deliver a range of leadership training skills for emerging and established high school student leaders in grades 9-12. Leadership Conference nourishes, encourages and equips students to not only develop their existing skills but also endeavours to activate new possibilities and ideas on how to lead in the name of Jesus! It’s a big week of fun, fellowship and training in theology, evangelism, discipleship and leadership coaching!
Tamworth
Leadership Conference in Tamworth will provide training and leadership skills for established and emerging student leaders in years 9-12 through a fun daily program that challenges young people to get creative and be challenged in how they lead in their school, church, community and beyond!
